Palm Beach County officials are launching a Transportation Master Plan to address the area’s rapid growth and increasing traffic. To gather community feedback, they are hosting eight public meetings across the county in September, offering interactive activities like voting games and idea boards. The meetings are intended to highlight resident concerns about congestion, safety, and local transportation priorities.

Project Manager Claudia Billotto explained that this phase is focused on listening to the community and identifying key transportation needs. The plan will consider expanded bus routes, more frequent train service, and road widening. In addition to the meetings, residents can also participate through an online survey. County commissioners are expected to review and potentially approve the finalized plan within the next year.
